In this day and age the first priority of any company producing in the fashion industry should be to treat all human beings by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations in 1948.
Unfortunately, even in 2020 we still live in a world where many times profit and power are chosen over humanity, people are treated badly, products are made under poor conditions in countries far from here. We think it's so important to bring awareness, it's a form of racism aswell as it is modern slavery. It's the heartbreaking truth of the fashion economy. To learn more about this, the documentary 'The True Cost' explains this issue very well.

At the atelier we will always choose to work from the inside out. We work with our hearts. That's how we do our part. The passion in our hearts and crafts of our hands connects us to make wonderful items with love and care. The way we treat our products is the way we treat people.
Our bags & accessories are made in Holland in our own atelier. I see it as my responsibility to facilitate the best working and creative space where true selves can BE and unique crafts can unfold, inspire, unite and multiply.
At any level, whether it's about humanity or craftsmanship, in our atelier we truely believe 'beauty is unity in diversity'.
Love,
Safiera ♡
